Shopping with BUY99
These terms explain shopping at BUY99, available at buy99.in. We deliver within India. Contact info@buy99.in for help with an order or these terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Clear information and your choice
Review the product description, available options, quantity and final order total before placing an order. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable charges must be disclosed before you confirm; we will not add an undisclosed charge or substitute a different product without your agreement. Optional marketing is not a condition of buying.
Orders and payment
Our checkout offers cash on delivery. You do not need to provide card or banking details to place a COD order. Keep your order reference for support and provide delivery details that allow us to fulfil your order. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material error, we will explain the issue and offer a suitable alternative for you to accept or a cancellation. You will not be required to accept a changed price or product.
Delivery and cancellations
Contact us for delivery information about your location or order. If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can check its progress and assist. If it has already been dispatched, our return policy remains available. We will not charge a cancellation penalty. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and return any payment received for it.
Free returns, refunds and replacements
Our 15-day, no-questions-asked policy lets you choose a return, full refund or replacement. Returns are free, including return pickup and shipping. No explanation, photos or proof of a product issue are required. Email your order reference and preferred resolution to info@buy99.in. Our return policy does not limit any longer or additional remedy provided by law.
Respectful and safe use
Please do not misuse another person’s details, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. We may take proportionate steps to protect people and the service from misuse. Such steps do not remove legitimate refund rights, outstanding order obligations or the right to complain. If you are not legally able to place an order yourself, ask a parent or guardian to assist.
Fair treatment and complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us so we can help. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, require you to waive consumer protections, require private arbitration or prevent you from approaching a competent consumer authority or court. Indian law applies subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We will not require you to use an exclusive distant forum to exercise a protected right.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal information and device storage. Merely browsing does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking. Changes to these terms will be dated here and apply going forward; they will not retrospectively reduce the promises made for an existing order.
